promoted from 7*24 engineer to Associated Engineer to System Engineer within 3 years. Work balance with life. very short working hours - i will say about 10 hours per week. other time were idle and relax. paid OT/call out when i was in, not sure about today situation. some engineers of my team got 150k per year OT. more than my salary, I didn't dare to claim that much. if you postponed all your work to after hours and do nothing in work, you get much paid.

Cons

no new tech. same tech over last 20 years or maybe next 20 years. good luck Fujitsu.

- Good group of experienced Engineering minds at technical side

Cons

- Micromanagement & enforcing - Exploitation by taking credits of another persons hard work. - Bullying (Immediate Manager providing misinformation about management & blocking organizational vision & misleading, shoulder surfing, Taking pictures of employee by peeking from behind, Unnecessary daily meetings for unreasonable matters) - Stealing benefits from another employees work by claiming in parallel @ background - Undermining
