Relaxed work environment, No micromanagement. Good values

Cons

Higher management is reluctant or clueless about ground level activities. No stringent standards while recruiting. Over-experienced employees with little or no technical skills.

1. Flexible environment, if you want to learn. 2. Provides Cab services at a bare minimum charge and Free Shuttle services to nearest metro stations. 3. Training Calendar is available for technical learning (Internal & External).

Cons

1. Punch in & Punch-Out System. 2. Senior Management people are still outdated from a technology perspective. 3. They have a bar on salary with the number of years of experience. 4. Notice period of 90 days.
