      Hopeless management.

      Pros

      You get to have work experience in a big organisation hence you will get a chance for some internal opportunities especially in ACT.

      Cons

      This company has very poor management. So much work load due to short staffing, lack of proper procedure and protocols. But can't see anything that the management to attempt to get things better. No pay raise or incentive for more than 5 years.
