Pros

Depends on the project you are part of but for me I don't see any pros...though I have got good rating in and had no escalation against me but still I am being ousted from the project.People who has performance is under scrutiny is still part of the project but people who has given their 100% are being ousted.

Cons

Hard work doesn't matter here you have to be a sycophant to excel here.
