      Incredibly successful business, lots of smart people, great work life balance, even better future ahead. Nows a great time to be working at GR!

      Pros

      At the moment… none compared to other funds: XTX, HRT, Jane Street, Citadel, MWAM. Salary gets good if you stick around for 5/6 years, but also who wants to stay there for 5/6 years when you get much higher salaries elsewhere?

      Cons

      Very hierarchical place. The only career progression that makes sense is in management, but there are way too many managers. Senior management uses engineers like pawns. There is a reason why this company has 3.5 on glassdoor😅 (even with the fake reviews of HR).
