GE is good but for some projects only. Don't go for any internal project in any company. Some projects uses old tech

Due to some project tech stack is good enough. I got good enough mentors to help me but this case not for all.

Cons

Some other projects offer very old tech and no option to switch between projects. It depends on the project manager
