I have been with GE for 18 years, and the best part of working for GE is the training and growth opportunities that they provide...if you are a hard worker, and strive to excel in everything you do, this is the place for you!!!

Cons

As I said in the pros section, GE expects a lot from you, and you will work extremely hard to achiever your goals, so if you want just an ordinary job just to get by, this isn't the place for you.
