      Great culture

      Pros

      I have been at CEB about 2.5 years and think it is a great place for grads to start out after uni. Very collaborative culture, quick exposure to senior executives for those that work hard and want to progress.

      Cons

      The process for development is SO structured, a lot of young talent leaves as they feel too stifled as they can't progress quick enough.
