Great people, very helpful, no information silo

Cons

HEAVY and unrealistic focus on metrics, very rocky training I personally (along with others) had to serve on a team and in a position for 6 months that I wasn’t even hired for. Academies and training were skipped but I was still expected to know the information I would have learned there.
