Very slow career growth, promotions and increments Management lacks empathy and inclusion (especially for Indian employees) Lack of recognition from management Unclear company policies with transparency with employees Middle management is quite fat and there is lesser visibility for people actually working Lack of HR involvement and nearly no employee engagement activities No facilities for cabs, food, etc
