Pros

1)Salary gets credited on time 2)If you are lucky, you may enjoy 1 US trip per year 3)No Work on weekend

Cons

1)Mgr and above level think of themselves as demigods 2)Ratings are fudged bigtime - most BA/SoAs talk to each other and they can figure what you are doing behind the scene 3)US Mgmt. are shown rosy pictures of people enjoying while BAs and Analysts are slogging in pain 4) Mgr Deliverables - Get deck made by TLs and pitch it to senior mgmt as their own, put carrot in TLs mouth to keep them shunted away 5)Internal Job change- A joke, you can only shuffle among SA, OSI and AA (all of them stink equally) 6)Learning - Zero skill development whatsoever, the idea is to dole out the handsome package at joining and then give meager growths. 7)Female TLs are asked to do pseudo HR tasks - collect WFH pics from teammates, conduct social events

Pros

Pay and the benefits are decent but not worth the constant stress

Cons

There is a culture of stress that feels like you’re constantly being watched and babysat. Management only cares about numbers! The orientation process is a joke! The training is given by some former sales team member that always brag about how much money they made on the sales floor. If that were the case, why did you leave to teach some ever changing foundational theories to new employees? The company has a crazy high turnover rate which makes sense once you’ve spent a week at this place. There are mandatory trainings that teach you little to nothing about your actual job on the floor. It’s simply not a sustainable business model and it shows with all of the recruiting they have to do.
