- Quite a decent salary in Spain - Very manageable workload. It's a great place to coast and chill. Very flexible. - Great office (but you don't have to go which is brilliant) - Individual contributors are very knowledgeable. Great tech stack

Cons

- Gartner Digital Marks: sinking ship. 3 rounds of layoffs in less than 12 months. As you can imagine, VPs and SVPs always get to keep their jobs - No strategy in place. The business model of Gartner Digital Markets is no longer effective and there's no leadership in place to bring it in a different direction. All the product leaders are gone
