Pros

Nice office building. Thats it.

Cons

Young professionals just out of college are recruited with many false promises to come down to Florida. They promise supportive management, great training, and great financial opportunities. The reality is that the training doesn't prepare you at all for the job, you recieve a list of about 20 companies that have been called on hundreds of times over the previous year, as well as a bad work environment where you are threatened with termination on a weekly basis. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP. The average tenure of a rep here is less than a year and that shows. Pick a different company and start your career elsewhere, because there are very few other opportunities in Ft Myers when the job inevitably work out.

Pros

Adds great value to your profile and helps you in developing all-around skills.

Cons

I work with one of Gartner's recent acquisition, and the scenario here is still the same! Managers who are good for nothing are still there who blame every mistake on their team members but always take the credit of any success.

Pros

Provides a clear framework to successfully do your job. Flexible work schedule Fantastic place for someone bridging the gap between B2C and B2B sales Pays well

Cons

"double digit growth" is the mission. Throwing more sales people at it is the solution. Lack of product/service innovation. Still producing long-form reports and not integrating into clients workflow Too many layers of management - leads to redundant meetings without realized business benefits Sales managers don't have the ability to coach - all about checking boxes Customers have been burnt from aggressive sales people
