Crystal clear corporate strategy shared with Wall Street down to each associate Big company which still feels small- Operating Committee is very accessible Amazing training programs Leadership cares about the employees

Cons

A growth company always has challenges... but these are good problems to have. This is a high performance culture and the top performers receive the awards. It's the most collaborative place you can imagine, but also can expose employees just drifting along. You must enjoy a fast paced high performing environment.

Gartner is a big machine and you can sometimes feel like a very small part of a big machine. Turnover is very high and can provide Account Management difficulties
