Pros

Great high performing culture which really pushes you to succeed! Great company benefits and great recognition available but make sure you work hard. Good company transparency and exposure to senior stakeholders. Amazing office!!!!!!

Cons

Location of role in Egham is not ideal and convenience is a problem with traffic around office. The training is fast paced, and there is little time to go over previous ground. Everyone expects you to remember everything!

International, daily contacts around the world. Good benefits, 100% remote office as an option.

Cons

Research analyst works quite much alone, highly competitive, difficult to get supervisor responsibilities, only VP can lead a team.
