Great environment with a lot of nice people. The company is growing and rewarding high performing people. If you work hard and pay attention you can receive 2 promotions in your first year.

Cons

The job titles can be misleading. Things like Account Management or Business Develop really just mean sales and cold-calling. If you are interested in a career in sales, this is a perfect place for you though.
