      Pros

      In the one year that I have worked for Gartner I have seen fantastic changes accelerated by the growth of the organisation. It is a great place to be with endless opportunities.

      Cons

      Will the growth continue..... as long as there a like minded people to fuel it i don't see why not.

      Pros

      - The calibre of employees is really high - it's great to work with such a smart, driven team. - It's a really growth-focused organisation and you can genuinely see opportunity in the short and mid term to grow with the company - Really respected brand in the market - The work life balance is particularly positive - Good pay with good benefits

      Cons

      - Office coffee is instant, not freshly brewed - literally the only complaint I can think of...
