Pros

Motivated staff, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. However, a lot of the staff is junior so there isn't a lot of experience/ideas coming in from other organizations which can make it a little less progressive than it could be.

Cons

People are working in their team bubble, without a cross communication with other teams and without a clear view of how they are contributing over all mission. Senior management knows this but aren't facilitating change or leading by example,
