Limited flexibility with work schedule, and a lot of new hires that are really early in their career. Those are the two biggest drawbacks

The people within CEB are phenomenal to work with, and the work environment is a very fun, high-energy, atmosphere. The quality of the products and services is fantastic.

Cons

The revenue community is generally spread a bit too thin, and the incredibly large scope of responsibility can be a challenge to manage on a consistent basis.
