Pros

CEB had a very relaxed environment and the people are all great. Rossyln is also a great area with many food options. The PTO is also very generous.

Cons

The pay could be better and the work flow tends to be very uneven. There will be periods of time with not much to do and then times where you have more on your plate than reasonable.
