      Pros

      Great working environment. Smart, motivated people. Excellent work life balance with telecommute options and generous benefits. Reasonable expectations from management with solid incentives for top performers.

      Cons

      Overly matrixed leadership structure can sometimes result in a fractious environment lacking in clear communication top to bottom. Top heavy resource pool can be frustrating for the newer team members. Still figuring itself out as a consulting arm of a historically research driven business.

      Ambitious but realistic targets, rewarded for your hard work by recognition from senior management and remuneration. High growth means lots of opportunities come up, and the process is to look at internal options first. Strong vision and objectives, which are regularly communicated to all employees.

      Cons

      Very sales-centric organisation - some people may not enjoy this, but the model works well.
