Strong brand, 900 pound gorilla, smart people, challenge convention, considerable resources to support business development and broad global coverage. Analysts's capacity varies in terms of level of insight and sales support.

Cons

Process heavy;cumbersome sales management programs that often are cumbersome. All consuming business given culture and service offerings. Old boys club which can impact ability to advance up the management hierarchy...who you know and not what you know. There are some integrity issues that filter down the communication chain from management to line managers to sales executives.

Cons

It is a big company that is stock exchange listed. Sometimes this gets in the way of a more longterm (and potentially more risky) way of exploring new opportunities.
