Great people in the client services organization and great sales team to work alongside, access to all Gartner research!

Cons

As a Client Partner, opportunities are very limited and depending on team and manager the job can be great or terrible. Generally the CP is not taken very seriously within the organization and it feels more like a job for graduates (playground vibes).

Amazing culture, very collaborative environment. Great benefits, great PTO, tons of career opportunities. Working with C-Level Execs.

Cons

METRICS. I love my job and my company, but it is definitely not mission over metrics here. Definitely the exact opposite. The recent focus on call activity has put CPs in a position where they have to focus on talking to more people instead of talking to the most at-risk clients.
