Pros

- Amazing co-workers - Flex time - Benefits are pretty solid (20 PTO to start, good health care too) - Tech Stack (in some groups) has been upgraded so interesting problems to work on - AWS initiative to get the company into the cloud - Management who pushed for me to get promotions

Cons

Really the only con I have seen is that the the salaries for developers have sky rocketed in NYC over the past year and a half. With Stamford being so close it makes it difficult at times to not leave for a much higher salary.

Great team, challenging platform. The benefits including PTO and 401K match were good. The insurance plans were more than reasonable.

Cons

Outsourcing many of the IT jobs to overseas office.
