Cyber city office location is great

Cons

All good reviews are just cover ups by the company HR’s. They use to do it after every bad review. Its not a proper IT company, no quality work. Lot of politics played by Indian managers onsite in US. CEB is acquired by Gartner. But the interesting fact is, all the IT policies of CEB are been imposed now. HRs of CEB are horrible, they would have been jobless if Gartner have not absorbed them. You can take the reviews from the existing CEB employees. CEB’s 11-8 work timings are followed in IT now, so forget work life balance. Will not recommend to join, better to go with the other good IT services companies.

Pros

Positive environment, approachable managers, work from home flexibility, great salaries and hikes, a lot to learn(since a product company), freedom to give opinion and ideas, perfect work-life balance.

Cons

The only con here I found is the designation promotion, which totally depends on the requirement and your performance in the project. No matter how much experience you gain you will be promoted only when the manager feels so. But overall it's good. Thums up!
