Don't waste time in this company
Pros
You will get salary on 28th of every month.. this is the only good thing about big fancy name "Gartner". Please don't expect more than that.
Cons
No work life balance. Managers are not answerable to anyone. HR and managers all are same. if you go to HR for any issue. they won't take any action against manager and they will put you on improvement plan. Be always ready to work over weekends, managers can call anytime on Friday to spoil your weekend plans and may ask you to complete the project. If you want to sustain in this company, be a Bootlicker else there is no space for your growth. Work from home is only for chamchas of manager. Gartner India has all the bad policies. This is the American lala type company whose only focus is to get more profit and they don't care for their employees.
