      Free lunch, loads of training materials and only have to go one once a week

      Cons

      Reps (BDs or AEs as Gartner calls them) are allowed to shout and bully you and its your fault for not 'building TBVA (trust-based value-add relationships). So much unnecessary jargon (American HQ) and they hire literally the same type of person every time so it's not a very inclusive environment if you're not a 5'8ft straight white man. Also no one in SDP seems to get hired anymore, even the top performers, everyone else just seems to leave
