      Pros

      some really nice people, but also lots of politics - choose your side wisely -. GW lives from some really good and dedicated people that have great connection to their accounts.

      Cons

      if you learn the internal politics and dynamics fast, it can be alright being there. You will need to be "friends" with the right people. GW tries to implement their "Austrian way" in the overseas branches, which doesn't necessarily works and there is a reluctance to learn new ways in some branches. High fluctuation is some foreign branches along with management changes (questionable choices)
