Great management style - Managers in GW are professional, friendly, supportive and always open to discussions. Warm environment - people in GW are very flexible and open to communicate all over the globe. You can just pick up the phone and call up your colleagues wherever you want and consult with them or share your thoughts. Everybody's there to help you. Good benefits - for the location where I worked benefits are much better than average. Also every year you get 5 to 8% rise depending on your performance.

Cons

Transport and logistics as well as IT support jobs are less likely to be a source of excitement so your work will be boring sometimes.
