Pros

1/5th of your work time in this company is about learning its processes and random administration skills like 5s and PDCA. They focus a lot on helping collaborators grow not only as professionals but as people. The work environment is great, people are helpful and the company overall is a great place to become a full fledged professional in its diverse areas.

Cons

Sometimes the work flow gets a bit crowded due to the nature of Gerdau's business, and pressure usually comes from very higher up.
