Fair and generous compensation. Lots of opportunities for improvement.

Cons

Culture is not great. Corporate structure is wasteful and ineffective. Many imposters in corporate positions not servicing the mills well at all as if they have any other purpose. Safety is preached as top priority, but it is not even close. Unsafe practices are tolerated because people are hard to find.

All you can drink coffee Profit sharing (small but better than everywhere else I've worked) Great benefits

Cons

My management department is overworked and understaffed. They do not pay high enough for new blue-colour employees so they have a staffing shortage there too Too many unnecessary meetings take management employees time away from important issues.
