- Deadlines are reasonable. Rarely have to work late hours, unless production issues happen - Small teams that can set their own rituals and processes - Skilled engineers who communicate well - Good review process and ability to grow within

Cons

- Lots of home grown tooling / legacy code that can be difficult to work with - Code quality can be drastically different between teams - Product features can be dull and uninspiring - Remote work makes it difficult to connect with colleagues

Pros

I have been working here full-time and the experience has been very positive so far. The company provides a lot of learning opportunities and ownership on projects, which helps you grow faster professionally. The team culture is collaborative, and colleagues are genuinely supportive. Leadership is approachable and always open to new ideas. Work-life balance is much better compared to most companies in the industry and rewards are performance-based.

Cons

Sometimes project deadlines can get tight, especially when handling multiple deliverables. Cross-team communication can be improved a bit to avoid last-minute pressure. However, nothing major that affects the overall experience.
