Pros

- Great people, probably the best across the board that I've worked with - Interesting product; a two sided marketplace with lots of problems to solve - Size of the company enables you to get things done without having to fight through a bunch of red tape - Remote company, no fear of being sent back to an office and upending my life - Good, genuine focus on work/life balance (though this varies depending on department)

Cons

- Very lean company, so there's always a slew of work that we want to do but don't have enough people (IMO better than too much bloat and worrying about layoffs every second of every day) - Not a lot of diverse revenue drivers so makes me nervous

I also really enjoy working from home and all of the flexible perks that come along with it. It's nice to work for a company that enables you to lead the worklife that you want to live. The people I work with are super, the company culture is great, it is wonderful to travel for work/ client meetings every now and then. The benefits are awesome and RSUs are great. This company is going places. The Indeed and Glassdoor partnership is going from strengths to strengths

Cons

Lots of admin, sometimes our system/ processes can be a bit long winded
