Pros

The company pays great attention to growth, satisfaction and well being of employees. It’s a company filled with good people, respectful and mindful. An exciting time to be developing a new virtual community for a new workplace.

Cons

Lack of clarity in how company strategy boils down to teams and individuals. Slow to deliver new products and features due to overly cautious culture.

Great feedback. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. Glad you are feeling supported around growth and overall work satisfaction! I completely agree that the folks we work with are just GOOD people. That's why it continues to be so fun working together to transform the Glassdoor product into a professional community. I've heard loud and clear that I need to do a better job connecting our company strategy to teams and individuals. It's something the Product Leadership team is actively focused on as we start to roll out plans for the coming year. Finally, we DO need to move faster, BUT we also need to balance quality and building a culture around testing and learning. We can definitely do better. - Andy Chen, Chief Product Officer
