Thank you for your review! Your comments definitely resonated with me. We work hard to create a fun and productive culture on the Product Team that fosters collaboration and debate so that hopefully the best ideas win. Often that requires input and buy in from many stakeholders, which I agree can create significant work for Product Managers. Part of this will always be the role of PM's but I agree there is more we can do to consolidate touchpoints or bring our stakeholders along earlier in the process to avoid disruption later in the process when changes are harder to make. Thanks for the feedback! - Andy Chen, Chief Product Officer

Pros

- Amazing workplace culture like no other that i have experienced - Commitment to diverse teams not just a PR strategy - Competitive remuneration in comparison to other sales roles - Leadership who will actively listen and guide you rather than micro manage -

Cons

Clutching at straws here and i mean that, - Career progression is not always as clearly defined as it should be, no real lines of progression unless the obvious occurs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The headline of your review makes me so happy! We work hard to be authentic and transparent each day. It’s wonderful to know that we are hitting the mark and that you chose to exemplify this core value by providing feedback. You are correct, diversity is critical to who we are as an organization and who we want to be. We are committed to our diversity goals and will continue to challenge ourselves when recruiting, hiring, making decisions, promoting, and educating. In addition, our employee resource groups are a rich part of our culture and business. It’s also good to know that you believe our compensation is competitive. There are great rewards for strong sales performance and our sales leaders work very hard to support the success of our teams. We added a number of Sales Leaders this year and I am thrilled with their commitment, people-first approach, talent, and grit. But work remains for us in a number of areas including career progression. You’ll be glad to know that we developed key priorities for the second half of this fiscal year. Building a clear career progression or career path framework is the top priority. We are scoping this important project now and will soon provide the plan to our sales organization. Thank you again for your review. I’m grateful that you are part of our sales team and that you want to help us be the best, most inclusive workplace we can be. - Val Roush, VP of Sales.

Pros

Flexible, great benefits, adult approach. You are listened to at this company. They really want to be more diverse and make an effort. You are paid for anything extra you do and you don't feel like just a number. They genuinely care about your work ethic and your growth within the company. Mental health and burnout is at the top of their list. Happy employees bring happy results. Amazing company to work for!

Cons

Slow systems. They really need an update so things can run a little smoother

Thank you for your review! I’m delighted to know that you think our company is amazing and I am confident that you are part of the reason. Our sales team is incredible and it’s such an honor for me to lead it. You are absolutely correct. We do listen and sincerely strive to make our company and sales organization the best it can be. --And part of that is ensuring that we have a diverse and inclusive culture. Listening to our people in one-to-one and small group settings is one of my favorite aspects of the job. I care deeply about our people, their well-being, their growth, and their success. I’m so glad that you do not feel like a number and that you appreciate the opportunity to earn “extra” for your work. Though we are not perfect and there are areas that need improvement, we truly want our employees to thrive. Burnout is real, especially when so much work remains virtual, but adding “You Days” this quarter gave everyone a boost and I’m glad that we’re empowered to take action to help. We’ll continue to look for ways to support our people. Thanks for calling out the systems challenge. Though we have a robust tech stack for our sellers, I know that some systems can be cumbersome and not as efficient as we’d like. We will continue to assess the stack, equip our people to use the systems and identify ways to optimize. If you have a particular system in mind, please don’t hesitate to send me a Slack or email to ensure that I’m aware. I want to be sure you have the tools you need for success. Thanks again for taking the time to provide feedback. - Val Roush, VP of Sales
