      What I like the most is the complexity of the business, which makes the job always interesting and permanently changing. In engineering the work-life balance is quite positive, teams and management are really flexible, and the rate of home office agreement is perfect.

      Cons

      Salary re-negotiation can be a bit difficult, but from my experience if you prove yourself worthy, then you'll get it.
