      They care about the well-being of their employees, and are making an effort to foster the company culture among everyone

      Cons

      Sometimes the communication between Product and Engineering its not the best. It seems that we are not a company with same goals! Each Product and Engineering has their own view, and its not good for the team. All areas should be aligned. Career path and opportunities are not defined.
