Pros

- most employees in mid level management in technical positions are competent - international environment

Cons

-"preference" to hire an external employee than retain current employees - it is nearly impossible to ger a raise or a promotion for internal employees; a lot of high performers end up leaving because their salaries are not fair and competitive - focus on cost saving at any cost, seemingly no regard for/appreciation of people - seemingly lack of long-term planning - not growth or employee succession plans - minimal to no training/development opportunities - actively keeping key information from employees (HR does not communicate transparently) - lacking resources for key positions - wringing current employees to the max without recognition (again, no salary/compensation adjustments) - complete lack of leadership and competence in some teams - helpfulness is not rewarded but punished (personal experience, being stabbed in the back when trying to help another team)

Pros

You can still find few good people working here.

Cons

Basically everything is wrong - management does not care about their employees. A place where people are treated on the basis of their relationship with management and not on the basis of skills and willingness to work/improve. There are mainly two types of people working here- those that do not care and those that do not know - very representative picture of the finance management in general.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like management is doing the architecture Cross Team communication is not good Actually not many benefits. Even the existing benefits are not given to you, because you may not know about them and there is nobody to tell you about them. No meal vouchers No stock options High fluctuation in some teams No opportunities to learn and get experience with Cloud No macbook option as development laptop
