      The company culture is highly supportive of professional growth, offering numerous opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects. The team spirit and collaboration across departments have been remarkable, facilitating a rich learning environment. Flexible working environment is benefical to working performance.

      Cons

      The office location is not very convenient to commute, however this is actively being addressed, with a new working space being confirmed in the city center.

      Great team of people, Interesting industry to work in. Flexible working is good combined with nice offices to collaborate when required.

      Cons

      Limited salary increases. Somewhat "over-centralized" - could do with delegating more responsibilities to teams.
