      Pretty messy recruitment process, they would schedule a new meeting, miss the meeting then reeschedule and then miss again and end the recruitment process 1 hour before the new meeting

      Great place to test your patience and resilience; if you can survive here, you can survive anywhere.

      Cons

      - Toxic environment (gossip, harassment, and the list goes on). - Poor management (lacks strategic vision and direction, relying on outdated management styles, excessive micromanagement, and a clear lack of technical expertise). - Salaries are significantly below market rates, especially considering the heavy workload. - No prospects for advancements in the company, some people have been in the same role for over 20 years. - The French team severely lacks diversity, with very few young professionals and fresh perspectives being brought in. - Incompetent HR department, serving only as an administrative function—and even that is poorly managed.
