      Good money, few team building events, generally kind and open people

      Cons

      Very diverse tech stack and applixations. Different teams have their own difficulties, somewhere application is 35 years old monolytic console app, somewhere new technologies but developers think they are perfect and take it as attack from QA-s if they find a bug. Not always clear business vision, what should be implemented, have to develop not fully specified tickets or you don't understand why it is needed...

      Around 2 months bonus. Good offshore product managers

      Cons

      No scope for growth. Internal politics, team leads try to bring in their people and send others out. They make the people quit very unprofessionally.
