      Disappointing employee experience with no growth opportunities

      Cons

      Lack of appreciation for employees' hard work and contributions. No meaningful benefits package. Very limited room for career growth and advancement. Promotions often mean more responsibilities without any corresponding raise or recognition. Extremely difficult to get a raise, even for high-performing employees. High turnover as talented employees leave due to lack of opportunities and recognition. Poor management and inefficient, nonsensical processes. Leadership is overly focused on cost-cutting rather than creating value or fostering a positive work environment.
