Pros
Nothing really stands out. Acquired a new skills and a good experience to work in a multi- national company. However the mixture of the many cultures can also become an issue.
Cons
Unskilled managers with no people skills. My immediate manager owned her own personal company so she did nothing for Global Blue but bullied me around having me do all the work. The pay was very poor and the benefits also. They had me driving my own car but did not pay car maintenance. They suck all the life at off you and resist from rewarding you. More employees needed. They work you like a horse and want you to cover more than your job description simply because they want to hire as less people as possible.
