      Pros

      This is hard, as the company's future is unpredictable. Every year new CEO, depends very much on future management clean-up, but could be a great place for a junior person start international career before joining a blue-chip later on.

      Cons

      Professionally, development prospects non-existent, no career advancement in sight, no mentoring, no sense of meaning behind your career, best to take action on your own, request external trainings, etc.

      Nice environment, acceptable salary, office hour and no ot for most of time. Bonus is limited.

      Cons

      Cannot learn much, no clearly career path for further position, not suitable for ambitious people.

      Relaxed environment. Good work and life balance. Not so much travel and not so many pressures from management

      Cons

      Little possibilities to grow inside the company. No reliability on internal knowledge and limited opportunities to get responsibility
