Google is very team dependent. That being said, my current manager is the best manager I’ve ever had. The work is interesting but not overwhelming, the hours are reasonable, there is free food. Most of my colleagues are very smart.

Cons

Very manager dependent. Very big org with a lot going on- onboarding is definitely drinking from the firehose. Can be hard to find the right area to have impact.
