A lot of good, fun people to work with. The amenities are great, and the salary is very good.

Cons

It's become a big company with a ton of bureaucracy and politicking. The work doesn't present many (if any) opportunities to do creative work - it's all about taking the safe option that offers consistent revenue. So in the end, you end up just repackaging the same set of solutions over and over again.

- it's Google - excellent pay, share in the company's growth through stock grants - very transparent company - interesting work

Cons

- transparency can create noise. e.g. a few political rabblerousers can get their message heard. just learn how to ignore it.
