Good pay and benefits. Well recognized. Growing company.

Cons

They push diversity to the maximum and it is always in your face. If you are not part of a "protected minority" you feel very marginalized. If you have differing views you don't feel like you can share them or have a voice without consequences, even though they claim otherwise.
