- Work place politics by some incompetent employees - There are a lot of fake people has already spoilt the culture -Survival is challenging for real talents and good performers as some people has set performance and behavioural standard (locally) to lowest level and everything is approached with political mindset for their own convenience.

Cons

If you're in the data center, it's usually in a rural area or 20-40min outside of a major city, but that's a personal thing, I don't enjoy rural as much as urban
