Much better than Meta and other toxic places. Big company gives you lots of options for teams, projects and benefits to choose from. If you care less about high career growth and more about WLB, you can find a team that's relatively relaxed, with impactful, but manageable work.

Cons

Big company politics, some teams are plain awful. Average employee quality is subpar. Quite over-hired, so need to be prepared for layoffs during a downturn.
