You have free 3 time meal a gym, playground, movie place, game place and many options to do when you get tired of work and the work pressure is also very low

Cons

I don't know many but in my opinion if you are in Google Japan you need to be more introvert because in Japan work culture japanese people don't like to interact with foreigners at least in my opinion
